Program Curriculum

This program pushes the quality of strategic communication within an organization. Leaders will kick off the program with an experiential that underscores the changing leadership landscape, the danger of losing your relevance and the power of becoming more compelling. Each leader will grow an idea for organization change from dialogue into execution, challenging their power for influence throughout the process.

In this program, leaders will:
  • Think of a change they want to see at the company and craft a communication and networking plan to launch it into the org
  • Build mastery in the kind of listening that creates trusted partnerships with colleagues
  • Examine mindsets that enable effective assertion and practice asking for the change you want in a direct and respectful manner
  • Learn nine powerful influencing techniques
  • Prepare a persuasive, powerful and influential presentation
  • Design the right visuals to upgrade your presentations
  • Captivate your audience with a powerful opening
  • Learn how to flex your presence to better reflect your messaging

Compelling Conversations: 
Have more compelling conversations by listening for what matters most and asserting your POV in a succinct way
​MODULE 2
Influence: Use the nine influencing strategies to create a plan for the change you seek within your organization
MODULE 3
Message Crafting:​ Craft your message for your target audiences, learn the five-step structure of influential messaging

​MODULE 4
Storytelling: Mine for the stories that will define your leadership, practice storytelling techniques that will strengthen your messaging and captivate audiences 
MODULE 5
1:1 Expert Coaching: Uncover your individual blocks to getting out your message and get expert feedback to tweak your final message
MODULE 6
​Executive Presence:​ Observe yourself on video so you can experience the stories of your message, body language, and tone and seek alignment

MODULE 7
Working Your Network: Create a networking map to get your idea into the right hands to exact change, determine how you will get key leaders to the final showcase
MODULE 8
The Showcase: Present your final ideas at a special event with key leaders in the organization
