Program Curriculum

In this program, leaders will:
  • Learn what coaching is and isn’t
  • Understand the power of coaching with your teams
  • Unpack the four key behaviors of a leader coach (Build Trust, Listen Deeply, Ask Questions, and Model Values)
  • Practice setting goals and giving feedback as a leader coach
  • Coach your peers and gain valuable feedback and insight on what brings out the best in others
  • Experience the rewards of being coached by a colleague

MODULE 1
Introduction to the Leader Coach:

Learn how to use a coach-like approach to transform your more frequent 1:1 interactions with your direct reports

MODULE 2
Cohort Group Coaching:
Meet your coaching pod and define success for the engagement

Goal Setting:
Learn how a leader coach co-creates goals with team members
MODULE 4
​Cohort Group Coaching:
Engage in goal creation with your peer coach

Feedback as Coach:
Understand the science behind feedback that changes people, and practice giving feedback like a leader coach
