LEADERSHIP CONVERSATIONS

Many leaders aren't sure how to get the most our of their 1:1 connections with their direct reports. ​Leadership Conversations is a six-month program that will elevate the connection between leaders and direct reports by ​improving the quality of five key leadership conversations — so that leaders can feel more equipped and confident in developing their people.

This program is for organizations that want to:

Program Curriculum

In this program, participants will:
  • Form a leadership coaching cohort that will provide a safe space for applying learning and receiving feedback
  • Prepare and create a plan for the key leadership conversations that define a leadership legacy
  • Apply your learning and set meaningful goals, give impactful feedback and provide real-time coaching 
  • Explore your individual values and how to use them to drive purpose and motivation
  • Explore personality and natural strengths  to better develop individual management styles

MODULE 1 (3 hours)
Your Leadership Profile:

Explore who you want to be as a leader, define successful leadership within your organization, and tap into the values and strengths you want to utilize along your leadership journey
MODULE 2 (3 hours)
The Coaching Conversation:

Understand what it means to coach, when to coach and how to coach

MODULE 3 (3 hours)
The Goal Setting Conversation:
Learn how to co-create purpose driven goals with team members

MODULE 4 (3 hours)
The Feedback Conversation:
Understand the science behind feedback that changes people, and practice giving feedback
MODULE 5 (3 hours)
​The Courageous Conversation:​
Learn how to deliver a tough message, manage emotions, and reach a successful outcome
MODULE 6 (3 hours)
The Career Conversation:​
Use coaching and the career matrix to help the team unlock barriers and map their path forward
