Program Curriculum

  • Work 1:1 with your own coach to identify the challenges blocking your leadership success, create a plan to move forward and execute your own success
  • Pull learning from a 360 feedback report, and learn more about your acquired strengths through the results of your WorkPlace Big Five
  • Establish accountability through regular 1:1 coaching sessions with a Senior Leadership coach built around your custom goals
  • Engage in monthly group learning experiences with your leadership cohort aimed at expanding your leadership footprint in your organization
