I created this company to drive change in the way people learn to lead.With an MA in international affairs and a decade of experience working in over twenty-five countries, I have witnessed firsthand the reverberating impact of a single leader.
Driven by an unrelenting passion to help leaders find their authentic “great,” I dedicated my life’s work to creating better leaders. And that meant bettering how leaders learn. Leaders don’t learn in dull classrooms packed with 30+ colleagues, experiencing a cookie-cutter lecture about things that could have been read in a memo.
