Jason Caldwell is the President & Owner of Latitude 35 Leadership, a high-performance development company in Alamo, CA that teaches leadership through a combination of experiential training and academic content. 

Prior to founding Latitude 35 Leadership, Jason served as the Executive Officer for Team Concepts, Inc., where he created and delivered customized leadership programs to clients across various industries, including financial, pharmaceutical, energy, apparel, and chemical clients. 

​Jason has also worked with some of the world’s leading business schools, including Wharton, Darden School of Business, Columbia School of Business, Emory, and Kelley Business School.  He has delivered leadership programs internationally in China, UAE, Japan, Germany, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Singapore, and Canada.  Jason holds a B.S. in Business from Sonoma State University.
