THE INNER GAME

Most leaders struggle to remain agile, optimistic and resilient in the face of constant change and setback.  The weight of constant urgency, frequently shifting goal posts and ambitious objectives can result in distress, burnout, decreased performance and attrition. The Inner Game focuses on the mindsets needed to build emotional resilience in times of setback, challenge or change so leaders can maintain their focus, productivity and well being.

Self-talk is the constant internal narrative we hold about ourselves. When left unchecked, negative loops like "The Critic" or "The Imposter" can hijack our confidence and performance. However, by harnessing the science of neuroplasticity, we can rewire these patterns to fuel our success.

  • Identify your unique "Inner Voices" profile using a cognitive behavioral assessment to understand exactly what triggers your negative self-talk and how it impacts your behavior.
  • Equip yourself with the "Shed, Shape, Shift" framework—a practical toolkit to interrupt negative spirals and actively "hire" a helpful internal Board of Directors (The Detective, The Coach, and The Best Friend).
  • Commit to a personal self-talk strategy, leaving with a concrete plan to reduce your refractory period and build unshakeable confidence from the inside out.
