Regina Feltman is an accomplished executive coach and leadership and team development consultant with over 32 years of experience.  

As the Founder of Updraft Consulting and Senior Consultant for DILAN Consulting Group, Regina designed workshops and interventions for multinational organizations, including the World Economic Forum, the National Treasury of South Africa, Aviva UK Life, Goldman Sachs, Haagen Dazs Europe, British Petroleum Exploration, PATH, and Shel International.

​As an Axe & Arrow Coaching Partner, Regina applies her expertise to benefit clients in areas of leadership development and organizational development, culture change and transformation, executive coaching and cross-cultural team development.  

She holds an M.Ed. in Leadership Education from Havard University Graduate School of Education and a B.A.Sc. from Rutgers University, as well as certifications in MBTI and Hogan Assessment MPVI.
