LEADERSHIP CONVERSATIONS
Most new leaders aren't sure how to get the most our of their 1:1 connections with their direct reports. They feel stuck managing instead of leading, directing instead of coaching, and doing instead of developing. Leadership Conversations is a five module series custom built for mParticle that will elevate the connection between leaders and direct reports — so that leaders can feel more confident and better equipped to develop their people.

Program Curriculum
In this program, you will:
- Discuss the difference between managing and leading and define the type of leadership impact you want to have with your career
- Determine how your unique personality traits and strengths van be leveraged to develop others
- Explore your individual values and how to use them to drive the purpose and motivation of yourself and others
- Prepare and create a plan for the key leadership conversations that define a leadership legacy
- Practice the essential elements of coaching and receive immediate feedback from your colleagues
- Apply your learning, give impactful feedback and provide real-time coaching
- Form a leadership coaching cohort that will provide a safe space for learning application going forward

Your Leadership Profile: Explore who you want to be as a leader, define successful leadership within your organization, and tap into the values and strengths you want to utilize along your leadership journey |

The Coaching Conversation: Understand what it means to coach, when to coach and how to coach |

The Feedback Conversation: Understand the science behind feedback that changes people, and practice giving feedback |
