"Our leadership series with Axe & Arrow came at a time when our team was struggling to see the big picture, get out from under task oriented leadership styles, and deliver on big changes within the organization. Ingrid brought in a series of workshops that completely re-oriented our department. Our leaders began a more regular cadence of check-in's focused on driving performance. Greater trust was built as a team and this allowed the free-flow of more healthy feedback. More collaboration led to better ideation and strategizing. We call Ingrid the 'Work Whisperer' around here - and couldn't recommend her or Axe & Arrow more highly.
