In this program, participants will:
- Increase self-awareness around individual strengths & challenges
- Experience coaching and being coached in a real-time coaching session
- Prepare for an impactful feedback conversation using the SBIQ feedback model
- Learn how to use empathy to deescalate conversations involving emotion
- Practice delivering an optimistic change message
- Build a strong leadership network

- Complete a Monkey Survey Self-Assessment.
- Think back over your career and note three memorable stories and the lessons learned.
- Determine a complex business challenge you are currently facing. How could you use this four-part leadership series to solve for this challenge?

- Discuss the difference between managing & leading
- Determine what is changing in your world and how you will have to adjust to be successful
- Create a plan to leverage your strengths and values to buoy your leadership
MODULE 2

Leader as Coach
- Question what it means to coach, when and why it is useful
- Learn the four key elements of a coaching conversation
- Practice your coaching in a real-life coaching session with a colleague
MODULE 3

Feedback for Impact
- Learn the science behind feedback that changes performance
- Explore the SBIQ model and how you can use it with your team
- Share best practices around how to manage the emotions of your self and others in difficult conversations
MODULE 4

Leading the Change
- Discuss your role as a leader in the current change transformation
- Think through how the individual members of your team are impacted by the change
- Create a plan for communicating the change within your team to create buy-in
