  • Adopt the mindset of a powerful, authentic influencer, understanding the psychological principles that underpin effective persuasion and how to apply them ethically to build trust and foster collaboration.
  • Master nine distinct influence tactics, moving beyond a "one-size-fits-all" approach to strategically select and combine methods that generate genuine buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders and situations.
  • Prepare a personalized influence strategy, engaging with pre-work to identify a specific person you want to influence and what you want them to think, feel, or do, then practicing how to ask for what you want with confidence and precision.
