EXECUTIVE INFLUENCE

Great leadership is built on our ability to influence others to accept and execute on our ideas.  However, most leaders get stuck using the same influencing tactics over and over. They fail to develop a toolbox of versatile influencing techniques needed to persuade varied audiences.  Executive Influence focuses on nine key influencing tactics and challenges leaders to combine those tactics into a layered strategy that will move audiences and make real impact within their organization.

"Hands down, the most fun I've ever had in a workshop.  I loved the games and mini challenges.  I learned so much about how to get what I want from those around me and can't wait to start applying it daily. This workshop was insightful, engaging and super practical.  A must for anyone who wants to make a difference at their organization."
