COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS

Most leaders avoid tough conversations in the workplace for fear they will be unable to handle the strong emotions that can arise from either or both parties.  The Courageous Conversations workshop explores that fear while reminding participants of the benefits to having these conversations in the workplace.  Learning tools to have these conversations well will increase the confidence of your leaders and assure that these important conversations are happening more often.

By the end of this workshop, leaders will:
  • Know the benefits of courageous conversations and the dangers of not having them
  • Have practiced powerful techniques for entering into these conversations with confidence
  • Understand the three triggers to avoid when sharing tough messages with others
  • Have practiced ​an upcoming courageous conversation
