COACHING IN THE WORKPLACE

Most leaders avoid tough conversations in the workplace for fear they will be unable to handle the emotions of themselves and others.  The Courageous Conversation workshop digs into that fear and helps uncover the benefits to these conversations in the workplace.  Learning tools to have these conversations well will increase the confidence of your leaders and assure that more of these conversations are happening more often.  

Workshop Curriculum
​12 PARTICIPANTS MAX. VIRTUAL  | 20 PARTICIPANTS  MAX. LIVE  |  3 HOURS 

During this workshop, leaders will:
  • Grow their knowledge of the benefits of courageous conversations, and the dangers of not having them
  • Learn powerful techniques for entering into these conversations with confidence
  • Prepare for and practice an upcoming courageous conversation

AGENDA 
  • Discover the benefits of having difficult conversations
  • Recognize the common blocks that get in the way of these conversations, as well as how to overcome them
  • Decipher the underlying structure of every courageous conversation
  • Learn how to raise tough issues without triggering defensiveness
  • Explore ways to manage strong emotions - yours and theirs
  • Practice staying balanced regardless of how the other person responds
