Power Presenter Series Curriculum
VIRTUAL | 10 PARTICIPANT MAXIMUM | THREE MODULES
Great leadership is built on our ability to influence others to accept and execute on our ideas. However, most leaders get stuck using the same influencing tactics over and over. They fail to develop a toolbox of versatile influencing techniques needed to persuade varied audiences. Executive Influence focuses on nine key influencing tactics and challenges leaders to combine those tactics into a layered strategy that will move audiences and make real impact within their organization.
By the end of this workshop, leaders will report:
- Increased confidence in presenting at the leadership level
- Knowledge and practice with powerful influence tactics to move even the toughest of audiences toward their preferred outcome
- New techniques and tools for making connections with their audience
- A tested influencing strategy to get something they really want at work
