How will we know the event is a success?
This event will further the work this team began in June 2024 at the KONG ELT Summit in New York City. Upon conclusion of this event, participants will report:
- - I have a better understanding of the Leadership Principles.
- - I know the behaviors that will allow me to continue to live the Leadership Principles through my own leadership.
- - I am committed to demonstrating the Leadership Principles in the way I lead my own team.
- - I have a deeper understanding of how I contribute to team dynamics that help or hinder our team/company performance.
- - I know what I need to start/stop/continue to help this team better collaborate.
- - The team has established a few norms to help us collaborate more effectively in the future.
- - I feel closer to the newer members of the ELT and aligned on changes we can make to guide KONG culture.

"When I reached out to Axe & Arrow I was looking for a way to bring my newly formed team together. Our Axe & Arrow consultant met with myself, key stakeholders and all the members of the team before putting together the "teaming" off-site program. Axe & Arrow implemented a 2-day event that allowed the team to get beyond the surface, dig into individual strengths and weaknesses, provide feedback where needed and set up a collective mission. The entire experience brought the team closer together and fast tracked our path to peak performance. If you are looking for a way to pull your team together, I highly recommend Axe & Arrow as your partner."

Our teamwork accelerated, and the company found its true 'North Star' that unleashed the full potential of the business.
