Top Teams diagnoses your current team culture and helps your leaders create a plan to increase effectiveness and drive organizational goals. - Develop a common language around the personality traits that lead to positive team dynamics during collaboration

PREWORK
In preparation for this program, participants complete two surveys & one interview that together take less than 40 minutes.

- Participants spend 10 minutes completing the WorkPlace Big Five personality assessment.
- Participants spend 10 minutes completing the Axe & Arrow questionnaire soliciting their analysis of individual strengths and development areas.
- Participants engage in a 15-20 minute interview with their coach focused on team culture and dynamics. The results of these interviews will shape the direction of the overall experience.
